Returns & Exchanges Policy
Damaged or Defective Products Only
At The Male Box™, we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To request a replacement or refund, customers must:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide their order number and photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
Allow us a reasonable opportunity to review the claim.
If the claim is approved, The Male Box™ will, at its sole discretion, provide:
A replacement product, or
A refund of the purchase price.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Buyer's remorse
Preference or taste-related issues
Opened or used personal care products
Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage
Buyer must ship the product back at their expense and a 20% restocking fee will be applied towards any refund amount.
